Third Floor Social has taken over the rooftop space at Design Orchard, transforming the long-hidden third-floor corner into a relaxed social hangout above the bustle of Orchard Road. Helmed by the team behind No Sleep Club, the new concept blends café culture, cocktails and laid-back lounge energy into a space designed for lingering conversations, casual work sessions and easy afternoons in the city.
The interiors lean into a stylish yet comfortable aesthetic, with lounge sofas, designer chairs and an open rooftop atmosphere that feels more like a contemporary living room than a traditional café. The venue continues the evolution of the space, which previously housed concepts such as Alchemist Coffee and Nowafter Cafe, but introduces a more social, bar-led identity centred around intentional drinks and relaxed hospitality. From the rooftop, guests can take in views of Orchard Road while remaining comfortably removed from the crowds below.
The menu currently keeps things simple, focusing on coffee, cocktails and light bites. Signature drinks include playful creations inspired by familiar flavours, alongside warm focaccia sandwiches and shareable plates designed to complement the beverage programme.
