11 Westside has opened in Singapore, bringing the vibrant flavours of Los Angeles’ Mexican street food scene to local diners. Inspired by the bustling taquerias of LA, the new restaurant is helmed by acclaimed Chef Esdras Ochoa, better known as the “Taco King” and recognised internationally for his appearance on The Final Table. Drawing on his Baja California heritage, the concept focuses on authentic recipes prepared with fresh ingredients and bold, vibrant flavours.
At the heart of the menu are house-made corn tortillas, prepared fresh daily and filled with classic Mexican favourites such as the Baja Fish Taco, Carne Asada, and Al Pastor. Diners can also expect smoky salsa molcajete, traditional accompaniments, and refreshing margaritas that complete the laid-back, West Coast-inspired dining experience.
