An elevated cellar experience awaits at Andaz Singapore. The popular 665°F restaurant at Andaz seats just 30, a happy problem now resolved by the addition of The Cellar, which is designed by André Fu Studio that also designed 665°F.
The Cellar is a narrow, 1,300 sqft space which embodies the interior of a classic cellar, holding 400 bottles of premium Old and New World labels. The space once served as the engineering plant-room adjoining 665ºF’s principal dining room.
The Cellar seats 20 dinners in the main dining hall and another eight in an adjoining private room. Anchored by a vaulted ceiling, the space incorporates hues of burgundy and teal to complement the timber-lined ceiling. Copper shelves line the walls, filled with wine bottles. The space will serve the same dishes that appear in 665ºF.
