Private Members Club for wine lovers, by wine lovers, 67 Pall Mall Singapore announces the opening of 67 on Scotts, a new wine-led dining and social destination located across Levels 1 and 2 of Shaw Centre. Opening in June 2026, the concept marks a significant new chapter for the brand, extending the spirit and philosophy of 67 Pall Mall beyond the Private Members’ Club into a vibrant, contemporary space designed for a wider audience.
In the heart of Orchard Road, 67 on Scotts is a social playground where wine, dining, and culture converge from day into night. Balancing refinement with ease, the venue offers an atmosphere that evolves seamlessly throughout the day – from relaxed breakfasts and leisurely lunches to aperitivo hours, late-night dining, and evenings shaped by ambiance and conversation.

Where Wine, Culture and Connection Converge
At the core of the experience is a thoughtfully curated wine programme that reflects the exploratory spirit synonymous with 67 Pall Mall. Guests can discover a hand-picked selection of wines through rotating tasting flights and a capsule collection of 67 wines by the glass, designed to encourage discovery, reflecting the 67 Pall Mall ethos of always trying something new in the glass, and inviting guests to explore wine in a more relaxed and engaging setting.
As part of its continued commitment to its Member community, 67 on Scotts will also extend exclusive privileges to Members of 67 Pall Mall Singapore. These include preferential Member pricing on wines, with bottles and glasses available at approximately 30% lower pricing for Members, while food and cocktails remain consistently priced for all guests. Members will also enjoy access to a Member-exclusive “Black Book” wine list, featuring an extended selection of fine wines not available on the main menu, further deepening the breadth of discovery available within the programme.
In the kitchen, Head Chef Balaji Vijayachandran presents a fresh, Mediterranean approach to feel-good dining – centred on quality produce, lighter flavours, and sustainable sourcing. Designed for all-day dining that moves effortlessly from breakfast and lunch through to late night plates, the menu showcases seasonal plates, refined bistro classics, and dishes made for sharing or grazing, each crafted to complement the wine programme. The result is a dining experience that is elegant yet relaxed, centred on balance, conviviality, and a natural synergy between food and wine.

Signatures from the menu include the Laksa Bouillabaisse ($38), offers a distinctly Singaporean take on the classic French bouillabaisse, bringing together the comforting spice and richness of laksa with prawn, rock fish, and confit cherry tomatoes. The Organic Yellow Chicken ($39), pairing slow-cooked chicken breast with morel mushroom and Vin Jaune, alongside creamy lemon mash and broccolini. Meanwhile, the Mediterranean Salad ($22) offers a vibrant, produce-led option with hummus and falafel, complemented by grilled eggplant, capsicum, crisp greens, and pickles.
The cocktail programme presents a contemporary interpretation of classic serves, with a collection of refined signatures crafted to complement the venue’s wine-led experience.
Highlights include the Blood Orange Hanky Panky ($22++), featuring gin, sweet vermouth, Fernet Branca and blood orange, alongside the Pineapple Husk Mezcal Negroni ($22++), which brings together mezcal, pineapple and orange bitters for a smoky, tropical profile. Lighter creations such as the Straits Highball (Gin Lemongrass Ginger Fizz)($18++, or $14++ as a mocktail), lend a fresher, more vibrant dimension to the programme. Balancing familiarity with inventive flavour combinations, the cocktail offering reflects the same spirit of discovery and experimentation that defines 67 on Scotts.

Culture-Led Energy
Music will play an integral role in shaping the rhythm and identity of 67 on Scotts, with a dedicated music programme set to launch later in July 2026. Designed to define the transitions from day into night and into after-hours, the programme will build atmosphere and set the tone for each moment within the space. Rather than serving as a backdrop, music is designed as a guiding force that enhances energy, deepens mood, and reinforces the evolving character of the venue.
67 on Scotts introduces a new dimension to the 67 Pall Mall Singapore experience — one that embraces energy, accessibility, and social connection while remaining grounded in the brand’s enduring commitment to exceptional wine and hospitality. In addition to the launch of 67 on Scotts, 67 Pall Mall Singapore will also mark another key moment in its calendar with its upcoming of 67 Pall Mall Summer Party: Soleil on 11 July 2026 — a signature annual celebration across the global Club network, bringing together wine, gastronomy, and hospitality, inspired by the spirit of a European summer, transforming the Club into a multi-level summer playground, with a different experience on each floor. Tickets are now on sale for Members. Public Tickets will be released soon.
As Orchard Road continues to evolve as a lifestyle and cultural destination, 67 on Scotts is poised to become a new gathering place for discerning diners, wine enthusiasts, and the city’s creative and social communities alike.
67 on Scotts officially opens to the public on 8th June 2026.
