El Chido, the rooftop Mexican bar atop Pullman Singapore Hill Street, has officially reopened with a refreshed look, updated menu, and a major new perk — complimentary access to its rooftop infinity pool, with no hotel stay required. From July, members of the public can enjoy a swim while taking in panoramic views of the city skyline, making it one of the few rooftop pools in the CBD accessible without booking a room. Whether it’s for a post-work dip, sunset cocktails, or a leisurely weekend escape, the rooftop offers a resort-inspired retreat in the heart of the city.
As part of the revamp, El Chido has introduced a premium weatherproof shelter that fully covers the rooftop, allowing guests to enjoy the space regardless of the weather. The refreshed venue also features updated interiors, vibrant holiday-inspired décor, and an upcoming art wall installation, creating a lively setting that feels far removed from the surrounding office towers. A new entertainment programme featuring guest DJs is also set to keep the atmosphere buzzing from day to night.
The food and beverage experience has been refreshed to match the new concept, with a revamped menu of Mexican favourites accompanied by an all-new cocktail programme. Guests can look forward to tropical-inspired signatures such as The Coconut Affair, playful interactive party shots like ¡Arriba, Arriba!, and fruit-forward creations including Ay Melón! Berry. Combined with skyline views, upbeat music, and free infinity pool access, El Chido’s latest iteration makes a compelling addition to Singapore’s rooftop bar scene.
