Din Tai Fung is keeping the momentum going in 2025 with yet another milestone — the launch of its 30th restaurant in Singapore. Opening on 29 August at VivoCity, the celebrated Taiwanese brand brings its world-famous Xiao Long Bao to one of the country’s most vibrant retail, dining, and entertainment destinations. With sweeping waterfront views and a lively shopping atmosphere, the new outlet is set to welcome a steady stream of diners eager to enjoy comforting Taiwanese flavours.
To mark the occasion, Bao Zai, Din Tai Fung’s charming bun mascot, will be making special appearances at the VivoCity restaurant. Guests can catch Bao Zai on 29 August from 12pm–2pm and 5pm–7pm, as well as on 30 and 31 August from 12pm–2pm. Visitors during the launch period will also receive vouchers for a complimentary serving of Crispy Chicken Wings Marinated in Prawn Paste with a minimum spend, adding an extra layer of delight to the opening celebrations.
Since its humble beginnings as a cooking oil shop in 1958, Din Tai Fung has grown into a global name synonymous with precision, quality, and hospitality.
