From a humble pushcart in 1968 to a four-time Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, LiXin Teochew Fishball Noodles brings its 58-year-old hawker heritage to Jewel Changi Airport, giving travellers a taste of one of Singapore’s most familiar comfort foods.
Still rooted in the traditions established by founder Lim Lee Seng, LiXin continues to handcraft its fishballs using 100% yellowtail fish, without surimi, fillers or preservatives. The Jewel outlet serves favourites such as the Signature Noodle and Five Treasure Noodle, available dry or in soup, alongside nostalgic sides including Fried Meat Dumplings, Ribbon Spring Rolls and Fishcake.
The new outlet also introduces LiXin’s Fish Veil, a delicate creation made with the same pure yellowtail fish but offering a softer, more refined texture than its signature fishballs. Located within the newly reopened Food Republic at Jewel, the new outpost brings a piece of Singapore’s hawker culture to one of the city’s busiest gateways.
