Mom’s Touch Returns To Singapore With A New Home At 18 Cross
After a four-year absence, South Korean burger and fried chicken chain Mom’s Touch is making its return to Singapore on August 14. The brand’s newest 96-seat outlet opens at 18 Cross on South Bridge Road, placing it within easy reach of both Chinatown and Telok Ayer. First launched here in 2019 before closing its three local outlets in 2022, Mom’s Touch is returning with a fresh expansion plan alongside FairPrice Group, which includes the potential opening of up to 25 stores over the next decade.
The comeback also brings a menu created with Singapore in mind. Among the launch highlights is a Singapore-exclusive Super Thigh Chicken Burger, pairing a crispy chicken thigh with a local-style pepper sauce, alongside new fish and Angus beef burgers. The brand’s signature boneless fried chicken is available in four flavours, including Soy Garlic, Sweet & Spicy Yang Nyeom and Cheesy Sichuan, while an expanded breakfast menu introduces toast options and coffee for early risers.
With more than 1,500 outlets across seven countries, Mom’s Touch is one of South Korea’s larger fast-food names, and its return signals a renewed push into the Singapore market. The new 18 Cross outlet will open daily from morning through evening, bringing its familiar combination of substantial burgers, Korean-style fried chicken and casual dining back to the city — this time with a distinctly Singaporean twist.
