The wine list rotates regularly and includes both established labels and rising stars. Guests might sample award-winning names like China’s Chapter and Verse, Côtes du Rhône GSM blends, or Portugal’s Kamikaze Orange. Complementing the wine experience is a menu of modern fusion cuisine—Western culinary techniques meet bold Chinese flavours in small plates designed for sharing.
