Kott-Don 360, a Korean BBQ specialist focused on premium wet-aged meats, brings its immersive dining concept to VivoCity with the opening of its second outlet on 15 June 2026.
Building on the success of its first mall outlet at Paya Lebar Quarter, the new VivoCity location marks the brand’s latest expansion and introduces its most immersive dining environment to date. Featuring a dramatic cave-inspired entrance, traditional Hanok architectural elements and exclusive Hanwoo beef offerings, the new outlet reflects Kott-Don 360’s commitment to bringing authentic Korean dining culture to Singapore.
A Contemporary Interpretation of Korea
Designed as the brand’s most immersive outlet to date, Kott-Don 360 at VivoCity invites guests into a space inspired by traditional Korean architecture.
Guests are welcomed through a striking cave-inspired entrance that leads into a dining space accented by Hanok-style roofing, warm wooden textures and soft ambient lighting. Inspired by traditional Korean architecture, the interior offers a contemporary interpretation of Korean aesthetics while retaining the warmth and comfort associated with traditional Korean homes.
Traditional-style seating areas further enhance the experience, creating a cosy setting for gatherings with family and friends.
Complementing the ambience is attentive table-side grilling service, where staff assist diners in grilling selected meats to their optimal doneness, ensuring a more interactive and personalised Korean BBQ experience.
The Journey of Kott-Don 360
Founded by the team behind Flower Pig 360, Kott-Don 360 was created with a vision of elevating the Korean barbecue experience through premium meat craftsmanship, authentic hospitality and immersive dining experiences.
Led by co-founder Frank Jin (40), Chef Jeon Woo Hyun (43) and Operations Manager Jackson Seo (32), the trio first built a loyal following through Flower Pig 360 in Tanjong Pagar, where quality meats, meticulous preparation techniques and genuine Korean hospitality earned the restaurant popularity among both local diners and Singapore’s Korean community.
Building on this success, the team saw an opportunity to create a concept that places greater emphasis on premium meat craftsmanship. This led to the creation of Kott-Don 360, a brand built around its signature flower-cut technique, 360-hour wet-ageing process and immersive Korean dining experience.

The Signature 360-Hour Difference
At the heart of Kott-Don 360 is a meticulous preparation process that defines the brand’s identity and sets its meats apart.
Before ageing, selected cuts undergo the restaurant’s signature flower-cut technique, where precise angled cuts are carefully scored into the meat to create a distinctive floral pattern. Beyond its visual appeal, this technique helps improve texture and allows the meat to cook more evenly during grilling.
The meats are then aged for approximately 360 hours in vacuum-sealed conditions using a controlled wet-ageing process. During this time, natural enzymes gradually tenderise the fibres while enhancing the meat’s natural flavour profile.
Unlike dry ageing, which concentrates flavour through moisture loss, wet ageing preserves the meat’s natural juiciness while improving tenderness and consistency. Following the ageing process, each batch is carefully trimmed to ensure only the finest cuts are served.
The result is a clean, juicy and exceptionally tender cut of meat that has become synonymous with the Kott-Don 360 experience.
A Korean BBQ Experience Built on Quality Cuts and Craft Guests can enjoy a curated selection of meats including Duroc Black Pork, Jeju Black Pork, and Hanwoo Beef, each showcasing the brand’s emphasis on quality cuts and rich, natural flavour.
Exclusive to the VivoCity outlet is a selection of premium Hanwoo beef, offering diners the opportunity to savour Korea’s prized native cattle known for its exceptional marbling, tenderness and depth of flavour.
To make Hanwoo more accessible, Kott-Don 360 introduces specially curated Hanwoo Beef Sets from S$268 (Member Price). Designed for sharing, the set includes approximately 450g of Hanwoo beef across a variety of premium cuts, accompanied by Hanwoo Ssam Bap, a traditional rice dish served with soybean paste that pairs beautifully with the richness of the beef.
For diners seeking a more affordable Korean BBQ experience, Kott-Don 360 also offers its signature Kott-Don Sets from S$75.90++ (Member Price), featuring a selection of premium meats and accompaniments that showcase the brand’s signature 360-hour aged meat experience at an accessible price point.
Beyond BBQ, Kott-Don 360 also presents a range of Korean dishes that bring together comfort, depth of flavour, and traditional inspiration. The menu features Beef Tartare Bibimbap (Non-Member: $31++; Member: $26++), combining wagyu beef tartare with shredded egg, seaweed, water spinach, and a pasteurised egg yolk, brought together with ssamjang for a rich, savoury finish. The Cold Kimchi Noodle (Non-Member: $16.90++; Member: $14.90++) offers a refreshing contrast, featuring soft noodles in a chilled fermented kimchi broth topped with cucumber, seaweed, and boiled egg.

The experience continues with Korean soups that highlight traditional depth and comfort. Kettle-Pot Fish Cake Soup (Non-Member: $55++; Member: $45++) features imported Busan fish cake skewers served in a traditional kettle pot with a broth made from radish, leek, and anchovy stock. The Black Pork Kimchi Soup ($18.90++) is a comforting stew made with Duroc black pork, kimchi, tofu, and spring onions, offering a balanced blend of spice, acidity, and richness. Both soups are served in refillable portions, allowing guests to enjoy them warm and continuously throughout the meal.
A variety of refillable Korean banchan is also available, including house-made kimchi prepared fresh daily, japchae, pickled radish and kelp noodle salad. Diners can also enjoy premium side dishes such as pork tangsuyuk, tteokbokki and cheese steamed egg.
