After six years in Geylang, San Shu Gong Private Dining is moving to New Bahru, bringing its Teochew and Cantonese cuisine to the revitalised Kim Yam Road lifestyle destination. The move marks a new chapter for the intimate dining concept, now set within the former Nan Chiau High School campus and its nostalgic mix of heritage architecture and contemporary spaces.
Known for its refined take on Southern Chinese cooking, San Shu Gong combines traditional techniques with a modern touch. Expect bold wok hei, delicate braises and seasonal ingredients, with each dish showcasing the depth and finesse of Teochew and Cantonese culinary traditions.
Its new home at New Bahru adds another layer to the experience, with the former school grounds offering a more relaxed and characterful setting for private dining. It is a fitting next step for San Shu Gong — where time-honoured flavours meet a fresh new address.
