Between Buns Deli steps into a new chapter with its first permanent storefront along Robinson Road. Founded by Ahmir Arshad in 2020, the once home-based concept built a loyal following through pop-ups and limited drops, and now finds a more permanent home in the CBD with support from PleasureCraft Group.
The new space reflects that evolution — bright, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed, offering a calm respite from the usual CBD lunch rush. At its core, the menu remains focused on sandwiches, built across a range of breads including sourdough, brioche, schiacciata, and hoagie rolls. Signatures feature bold, satisfying combinations, from crispy fried chicken layered with house-made elements to slow-braised meats and comforting, flavour-packed classics.
Beyond sandwiches, the menu expands into hearty salads and all-day options, making it a well-rounded spot for both quick lunches and more leisurely meals. Desserts also play a strong supporting role, with indulgent bakes rounding out the experience. With its transition from pop-up favourite to full-fledged deli, Between Buns Deli cements its place as a go-to for thoughtfully crafted comfort food in the city.
