Redefining lifestyle hospitality in Singapore, Foura makes its debut at Singapore’s latest cultural destination IMBA Theatre, bringing dining and wellness together within a single destination. Nestled in the leafy enclave of Gardens by the Bay, it officially opens on 9 July 2026 and pairs contemporary Asian and European cuisine with a curated programme of experiences that extend beyond the dining table.
To mark its opening, Foura presents an immersive yoga collaboration with IMBA Theatre hosted by industry-leading yoga practitioners such as Jyan Yang. This programme launches Foura’s broader calendar of weekly wellness experiences spanning movement, mindfulness, and communal activities that include run club collaborations, pilates sessions, and mental wellness gatherings.
Foura: A New Hospitality Concept Rooted in Wellbeing and Connection
Helmed by four founders with expertise across hospitality, coffee, and food technology – Dharma Wang and Benjamin Aryanto, co-founders of Bae’s Cocktail Club and Milli, Ryan Pang of founder of Equate and Habitat Coffee, alongside Elwin Tan, food technologist with a PhD in stem cell and ageing from the National University of Singapore – the concept is centred on four interconnected realms of wellbeing: physical, mental, emotional, and relational.
Set within a glasshouse at the entrance of IMBA Theatre, Foura spans 4000 square feet and accommodates 120 guests across indoor and outdoor dining areas, including 70 seats indoors and 50 seats outdoors overlooking the lush greenery of Gardens by the Bay.
Wellness-led Asian and European flavours
At Foura, contemporary Asian and European flavours come together in globally inspired dishes made for everyday enjoyment.
Intentionally crafted with quality ingredients and centered around nutritional integration, the menu also features dishes inspired by the dietary patterns in Blue Zone communities – geographic regions recognised for longevity and healthy ageing. This philosophy comes to life through grass-fed and free-range proteins, omega-rich seafood and nutrient-dense produce, finished with thoughtfully selected fats like high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil. From light daytime plates for brunch to relaxed evening dining and comforting favourites, the menu is designed to make healthier eating fuss-free, highly enjoyable, and defined by genuine variety.
Signature offerings reflect Foura’s dedication to nourishment and indulgence through its contemporary Asian and European influences. Highlights include the Burratina & Roasted Pumpkin ($28), where roasted pumpkin purée and creamy burratina are layered with balsamic crema, Korean chilli oil, basil oil, and pickled red onion atop toasted sourdough.
The Three-Fish Chirashi Don ($32) brings together hamachi, salmon, and bigeye tuna with soy sauce salmon roe, avocado, mango and a soy-citrus dressing over shari rice, finished with dill oil. For something richer, the Wild Mushroom Linguine ($28) combines al dente linguine tossed in confit garlic, wild mushrooms, truffle, herb thyme, pecorino romano – a classic that does not go wrong.

Heartier mains include the Herb Confit Chicken Leg ($32) served with artichoke purée crushed pistachio, jus gras, alongside the Shio Koji Rainbow Trout ($36) featuring shio koji rainbow trout, balsamic crema, onsen free-range egg, anchovies, yellow bean soup, Hokkaido potato, cabbage salad, shari rice.
Seafood offerings continue with the Patagonian Toothfish (Chilean Seabass) ($46) paired with roasted cauliflower purée, clam-kelp broth, sweet corn salsa, and high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil for a dish that is both clean and deeply layered in flavour.
“When designing our menu, we curated ingredients based on nutrient density and their associated health benefits. From these ingredients, our experienced culinary team crafted flavour-forward dishes designed to satisfy. From this we aim to make quality, nutrient-conscious dining feel seamless and enjoyable from day to night.” states Elwin Tan, Ph.D, Co-Founder & Business Development and Science Director of Foura.
Refreshments include Foura’s specialty single origin coffee brewed using 100% Arabica beans across espresso, filter, and batch formats, as well as ceremonial-grade matcha. Speciality beverages include Ube Matcha ($11) concocted with ube cream, ceremonial matcha, and ube milk, and Nimbus Dawn ($11) a special concoction of espresso foam and coconut water. A wide selection of cold-pressed juices, herbal elixirs, kombuchas, and nutrient-dense smoothies will also be available.
“Coffee is naturally rich in polyphenols and provides caffeine, a compound widely studied for its role in supporting alertness, focus, and cognitive performance. Ceremonial-grade matcha offers a unique combination of antioxidants and naturally occurring L-theanine, known for promoting a calm, sustained sense of focus.” shared Ryan Pang, Co-Founder of Foura. “Together, these beverages embody our philosophy on holistic wellness balancing energy and tranquility while complementing our wellness-focused cuisine.”.
Beyond Dining: Building Community Through Wellness and Experience
Designed to promote clarity, presence, and ease, the space makes full use of warm natural light, calming garden views, thoughtfully curated music and a streamlined menu to help reduce sensory overload and decision fatigue. Throughout the day, the atmosphere transitions seamlessly from energising and vibrant to warm and intimate, creating an environment that encourages relaxation, meaningful conversation and mindful dining.
Layered into this shift is a carefully composed sensory environment. The music programme evolves throughout the day, moving from uplifting organic house to atmospheric soul and R&B as night approaches.
Emotional and relational well-being are further nurtured through intentional sensory touches and community-driven experiences. Signature scents, affirmation-led messaging and personalised service rituals create a sense of comfort and uplift, while weekly wellness programmes bring together movement, mindfulness, and social connection. From yoga and sound baths to run clubs and mental wellbeing gatherings, everyone is invited to engage with a broader wellbeing community before returning to the table, reinforcing Foura’s vision of hospitality as a space for connection, shared experiences, and lasting relationships.
Beyond dining, Foura introduces recurring weekly wellness programming at IMBA Theatre. From immersive theatre yoga collaborations with Jyan Yang to 9D breathwork with Paul & Leila Foster (Foster The Love) to run clubs, pilates, sound baths, and curated mental wellness gatherings led by experienced practitioners, Foura evolves from a dining venue into a place people return to for shared rituals over time.
“Wellness today often exists in fragments, people move between fitness studios, cafés and social spaces throughout the week. With Foura, we wanted to bring nourishment, movement and connection into one cohesive hospitality experience,” shared Benjamin Aryanto, Co-Founder & Marketing Director of Foura.
“We designed Foura as a destination people want to return to — whether for a meal, a gathering, or one of our recurring wellness sessions. We aim to support each guest’s individual wellness journey, whether they are just beginning or have long made it a priority.” shared Dharma Wang, Co-Founder of Foura.
When paired with wellness experiences that invite participation and connection, dining becomes the foundation for community-building. Through recurring experiences centred on movement, mindfulness, and communal dining, Foura creates a shared space where relationships can develop organically, nurturing a sustainable network united by a common pursuit of healthier, more intentional living.
