Mala Mia has opened with a build-your-own approach to one of Singapore’s favourite spicy comfort foods, letting diners customise everything from the ingredients to the soup base and spice level. The concept keeps things casual and approachable, whether you prefer a dry bowl packed with heat or something more comforting and soupy.
Diners can pick from a selection of fresh ingredients including cheese tofu, enoki mushrooms and tofu, before choosing their preferred base. Options range from a dry mala cream base to chicken collagen soup for those who prefer something milder, with four levels of spice allowing diners to dial the heat from non-spicy to extra spicy. Everything is tossed to order in Mala Mia’s signature spice blend.
The menu also includes sides made for sharing, such as fluffy Scrambled Eggs and Sichuan Pepper Corn Fries. With its customisable format and playful approach to mala, Mala Mia offers an easy-going spot for friends and family to build a bowl exactly the way they like it — fiery, comforting and entirely their own.
