CHAGEE has expanded its Singapore presence with three new stores opening across the island, including a new family-focused concept at Pasir Ris Mall. Designed around shared moments and intergenerational experiences, the new space goes beyond the traditional tea shop with a children’s play area, interactive games and a miniature barista counter where young visitors can role-play as tea makers.
The Pasir Ris outlet also pays tribute to the neighbourhood with a large hand-painted mural depicting the area’s coastal heritage, from its former mangroves to nostalgic landmarks such as the mosaic elephant playground. The family-friendly approach extends to dine-in perks for children, while most of CHAGEE’s drinks are rated Nutri-Grade A or B. Two other new stores have also opened at Punggol Coast Mall and Paya Lebar Quarter, bringing the brand’s Singapore footprint to 46 locations.
Beyond its retail expansion, CHAGEE is also investing in the next generation of hospitality talent through a new partnership with the Institute of Technical Education. The collaboration will introduce tea beverage skills and barista training into the hospitality curriculum, alongside a structured career pathway for students. With plans to continue expanding into Singapore’s heartland, CHAGEE is placing greater emphasis on larger, more comfortable spaces where people can sit, gather and make the tea shop part of their everyday routine.
