Singaporeans will soon be able to enjoy their very own Breakfast at Tiffany’s moment, as luxury jeweller Tiffany & Co. prepares to open its first Blue Box Café in Southeast Asia. Set to debut in mid-July atop the brand’s newly revamped flagship boutique at ION Orchard, the café draws inspiration from the iconic New York original while introducing a distinctly Singaporean touch. The opening forms part of a larger transformation of Tiffany’s Orchard Road flagship, which has reopened as the brand’s only triplex boutique in Singapore following extensive renovations.
The Blue Box Café’s culinary programme has been developed in collaboration with Julien Royer, chef-owner of the three-Michelin-starred Odette. Diners can expect a menu that blends classic American influences with refined French techniques, alongside flavours familiar to local palates. The launch also reflects a growing trend of luxury fashion and jewellery brands venturing into lifestyle and dining experiences in Singapore, joining the ranks of names such as Coach, Ralph Lauren, Prada, and Audemars Piguet, all of which have introduced hospitality concepts in recent years.
Beyond the café, the reimagined flagship doubles as an immersive cultural and retail destination. Inspired by The Landmark, Tiffany’s iconic Manhattan flagship, the boutique features a striking kinetic light installation by British architect Hugh Dutton, as well as curated art pieces and heritage displays throughout the space. Highlights include Singapore’s first Tiffany watch salon, exclusive VIP suites, and The Schlumberger Gallery, dedicated to the visionary jewellery designer Jean Schlumberger. To mark the reopening, the boutique will also host Garden In Bloom, a public archival exhibition showcasing rare jewellery and timepieces from The Tiffany Archives, celebrating both Schlumberger’s legacy and his historical connection to Singapore.
