Paris Baguette is bringing one of Korea’s most talked-about bakery innovations to Singapore with the international debut of PARAN LABEL, the brand’s modern, health-forward bakery line that has redefined the healthy bread category in Korea since its launch in 2025. Within one year, the PARAN LABEL range has surpassed 20 million units sold, underscoring strong consumer demand for bakery products that balance wellness with everyday enjoyment.
Named after the Korean word “paran”, meaning blue, PARAN LABEL reflects a philosophy of mindful nourishment and calm, balanced living. The range features thoughtfully developed formulations with lower sugar, higher protein and dietary fibre, and select products added with probiotics and collagen — all while remaining soft, moist, and deeply satisfying to enjoy.
PARAN LABEL was created in response to shifting consumer preferences across Asia, where healthier eating habits, functional foods, and “slow-ageing” lifestyles are gaining traction — without sacrificing taste, texture, or indulgence.

Launching first as a pilot at Paris Baguette’s newest outlet at Paragon, PARAN LABEL will make its Singapore debut across four categories — Loaf, Sandwich, Salad, and Cake. The pilot will allow the brand to introduce the concept and gather local insights, with plans for the PARAN LABEL range to progressively roll out islandwide following the initial launch. Each category is crafted with clean, carefully considered formulations and functional ingredients, designed to fit seamlessly into everyday routines — from breakfast and lunch to light indulgences.



Loaf – Added Probiotics & Low Sugar
Designed for everyday nourishment, the PARAN LABEL loaf collection features added probiotics and low sugar, with recipes that are high in fiber, protein and egg-free to suit diverse dietary preferences. The range includes Rustic Multiseed Bread, Multigrain Rye Bread, and Oat Softness Bread, each offering natural grain flavours, a moist crumb, and a soft, approachable texture designed for daily enjoyment.
Sandwich – Balanced, Satisfying, On-the-Go
Created for busy lifestyles, the sandwich range offers a lighter yet satisfying meal option, crafted using the PARAN LABEL Multigrain Rye Bread as its base. Flavours include Roasted Chicken Ricotta, Smoked Salmon Ricotta, and Smoked Salmon Deluxe Combo, which is added collagen.
Salad – Enhanced with Collagen
TheRoasted Cajun Chicken Salad is thoughtfully added with collagen, tapping into growing interest in functional protein, skin health, and beauty-from-within benefits. Fresh, satisfying, and nutrient-forward, it offers a balanced meal option that complements PARAN LABEL’s wellness philosophy.
Probiotics Cake – With Collagen and Low Gluten
Reimagining everyday indulgence, the PARAN LABEL cake series features added probiotics, collagen, reduced sugar, and low-gluten formulations. Available flavours include Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Mango Coco (with no added dairy), and Blueberry Dark Choco, which features blueberry as a key ingredient. These cakes are crafted to feel lighter and more balanced, while still delivering satisfying flavour and texture.
In addition, selected PARAN LABEL products will also be incorporated into Paris Baguette Paragon’s all-day dining menu. Guests can enjoy the brand’s new health-forward breads and creations in dishes such as the Paran Signature Bread Platter, Strawberry Salad Yogurt Dip , Chipotle Truffle Egg Citrus Prawn Salad, Royale PB Breakfast, Creamy Avocado Egg Toast, and Chipotle Prawn Toast.
