Wild Coco has opened its flagship at Jewel Changi Airport, bringing a polished new take on Singaporean comfort food to one of the city’s most recognisable destinations. The homegrown brand is built around the idea of elevating familiar local flavours through traditional cooking techniques, premium ingredients and a more contemporary presentation — with the dining experience designed to feel as much like an artful showcase as a meal.
At the heart of the menu is Wild Coco’s signature Nasi Lemak, pairing fragrant coconut rice with crispy fried chicken, sunny-side-up egg, fried anchovies, roasted peanuts and sambal. The Ayam Berempah is another standout, with chicken marinated for more than 24 hours in a rich blend of herbs and spices, while the Fresh Prawn Laksa draws from a heritage recipe dating back to the 1960s. Much of the menu is made in-house, including the restaurant’s signature marinades and sauces.
The Jewel flagship also introduces Coco J, an exclusive creation inspired by the architecture and colours of Jewel Changi Airport. Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Rain Vortex, Wild Coco offers a more elevated way to experience Singaporean favourites — bringing together local flavours, contemporary presentation and a distinctly Jewel setting.
