Tucked inside Crockfords Tower at Resorts World Sentosa, Horatio is a whisky-forward bar that trades the usual cocktail experience for something far more theatrical. Steeped in Old World charm, it’s designed around the fictional traveler Horatio Fairchild, whose imagined journeys through the world’s great distilling regions set the stage for both the drinks and the atmosphere. The result is a space where storytelling and spirits intertwine, inviting guests to step into a narrative as much as a bar.
The debut cocktail menu, Trails & Tales, takes inspiration from iconic regions and cultures. Highlights include Kueh Kueh Spirits, a blend of bourbon, coconut, gula melaka, and salted egg yolk that nods to Peranakan traditions, and Highland Hermit, which layers scotch, honey, pear lemon, and thyme with a touch of shortbread. Other creations—like Pirate Radio with aged rum, banana, and tamarind, or Dragon’s Breath with cognac, light soya sauce, and black dates—push flavor into unexpected territory. With over 300 rare bottles, including a Macallan cask from 1988, whisky lovers will find plenty to savor, while small plates like beetroot croquettes and wagyu skewers complement the experience.
The bar itself unfolds across three distinct areas. The Retail Emporium is a curated space to explore exclusive bottles. The Main Parlour is where cocktails and stories come to life in a warm, lively setting. Finally, those invited to The Enclave will discover a quieter, more intimate room reserved for rare pours and deeper reflection. For those seeking more than just a drink, Horatio offers an immersive escape—one where every visit feels like stepping into a new chapter of an ongoing tale.
