Jia’s & Fusion brings a different take on the yoghurt café trend to Farrer Park with its Chinese-style concentrated yoghurt bowls and brunch offerings. Designed as a cosy stop for quick desserts and light meals, the café focuses on slow-strained yoghurt made using a labour-intensive reduction process that creates a notably thick, silky texture distinct from standard yoghurt bowls.
Instead of fully customisable combinations, the menu features curated fruit yoghurt bowls layered with ingredients such as berries, nuts and fresh fruits. Signature offerings include creations inspired by cold brew yoghurt techniques, alongside sandwiches and café-style brunch dishes. One of the more unique items on the menu is the Cold Brew Fig Yoghurt Bread, which combines creamy yoghurt with rich fig flavours for a more savoury-sweet experience.
At the heart of the concept is its specialised yoghurt-making process, where large quantities of milk are slowly reduced to intensify flavour and texture. The result is a richer, spoonable yoghurt experience that feels closer to dessert than a typical grab-and-go health snack. With its niche concept and focus on craftsmanship, Jia’s & Fusion offers something refreshingly different within Singapore’s growing café and yoghurt scene.
