Scarlett Supermarket has opened its largest outlet in Singapore, featuring a live seafood station and dine-in options. Known for offering a variety of unique snacks and drinks from Chinese brands, Scarlett has become Singapore’s most prominent Chinese supermarket chain since its entry into the market in October 2020. The brand imports popular items such as Haidilao, Haohuanluo, and Genki Forest, as well as fresh produce. With 32 outlets across the island, including four 24-hour stores, Scarlett continues to be a go-to destination for value-for-money Chinese goods.
The new outlet, located at Westgate mall on basement level #B2-01, stands out for its live seafood section and butchery, a first for Scarlett. Shoppers can select seafood directly from the tank, including oysters, clams, lobsters, prawns, and king crabs, with prices starting at $2.80. Fresh meat cuts are also available for those planning to enjoy hotpot or BBQ meals at home. This addition makes the Westgate outlet a perfect spot for gathering ingredients for family feasts.
Convenience is key at this new location, easily accessible via Jurong East MRT station, Exit D, which leads directly to the mall’s link bridge. In addition to grocery shopping, the outlet provides a variety of dine-in options, offering savoury meals and desserts. Shoppers can enjoy their food in-store with seating available, making it a great stop for lunch or dinner while picking up their groceries.
