A new approach to modern urban wellness has arrived in the heart of Singapore’s CBD. House Longevity and Sauna Bath House have officially opened in Raffles Place, offering a thoughtfully designed two‑storey sanctuary where recovery, restoration and performance come together as one connected system.
Created for the realities of city life, the space combines science‑forward recovery modalities, restorative rituals and measurable performance insights. Guests move seamlessly between experiences that help restore physical energy, recalibrate the nervous system and leave them ready to take on the day with renewed clarity.
Together, they offer something increasingly rare: a genuinely restorative pause, right in the middle of everything.

SAUNA BATH HOUSE – Heat, Cold & Nervous System Reset
Located on the lower level, Sauna Bath House is a purpose‑built sauna and contrast‑therapy facility designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system recovery. This is where it starts – with a feel-good experience.
The journey begins with traditional Finnish Aufguss sauna rituals, where carefully controlled heat and aromatic steam ease the body into a deep, enveloping warmth. Guided by trained Aufguss masters, each session layers concentrated heat, essential oil scents and towel‑driven airflow to create an intense, sensory experience that is the first of its kind in Singapore.
Guests can then sink into a soothing hot pool, allowing muscles to release and the body to slow down from the demands of the day, before moving to an invigorating cold plunge pool or ice‑cold showers. This intentional rhythm between heat and cold creates cycles of tension and release that leave guests feeling refreshed, grounded and revitalised.
The main communal sauna is heated by Finnish heaters and Estonian wood, engineered for even heat with no cold spots and typically running at around 95°C. A private sauna, set at a gentler 70 to 80°C, offers a quieter experience ideal for private bookings or days when guests prefer something softer and more contemplative.

HOUSE LONGEVITY – Performance & Restoration Studio
On the upper level, House Longevity functions as a science‑backed recovery studio where modern wellness technology meets slow, intentional living – ready whenever guests are to continue their journey.
At its core is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). Guests unwind in a quiet, cocoon-like pressurised chamber enriched with oxygen for 60 minutes, in an environment that encourages deep relaxation while supporting cellular regeneration.
Complementing this is Red Light Therapy, delivered through full‑body light panels that support overall wellbeing, aid recovery and promote healthy skin.
For those seeking deeper insight into their health and performance, House Longevity offers metabolic and performance testing, providing measurable data to track progress and optimise daily wellbeing. Assessments include VO₂ max testing, body composition analysis and grip‑strength measurement – simple, non‑invasive longevity markers that offer a clear picture of where one’s health is today, and whether current habits are making a difference over time.
The journey concludes at the Longevity Coffee Bar, where carefully sourced specialty coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha are considered close to the session. Intentionally unhurried, it reflects the same philosophy that runs through the rest of the space – that restoration extends beyond the treatment room, and that the transition back into the day is worth getting right.
AN INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE AND CARE NETWORK
House Longevity works closely with a select group of science‑based personal trainers, encouraging guests to train externally while using the studio as their dedicated recovery base. The aim is to bring ‘work’ and ‘recovery’ into the same conversation, rather than leaving them siloed in separate spaces.
Beyond its in-house services, House Longevity maintains a referral network of vetted doctors, physiotherapists and science-based nutritionists. Where guests require support outside the scope of the studio, the team facilitates introductions to trusted professionals who share the same commitment to evidence-based care, ensuring continuity of approach and reducing the fragmentation that often characterises personal health management.
ACCESSIBLE PATHWAYS FOR RECOVERY
House Longevity and Sauna Bath House are designed with flexibility at their core. Guests are welcome to begin with whichever experience suits them – whether that is a standalone sauna session or a fuller exploration of the recovery and performance offerings across both floors. As needs evolve, additional modalities are readily available, allowing guests to build a wellness routine at their own pace and on their own terms.
