Dough has returned with a new home at Capitol Singapore, following the closure of its five-year outlet at CHIJMES. Located just a short walk from its former space, the popular brunch café has taken on a brighter, greener look, with hanging ferns, tropical plants and lime-green booth seating creating the feel of a compact indoor conservatory. The new outlet retains Dough’s all-day brunch focus while offering a menu that goes beyond the usual eggs and toast.
The menu includes Cherry Tomato & Guacamole, Gravlax Salmon & Dill Cream Cheese, Baked Egg, Chicken Thigh, Ibérico Pork with Italian Rice and Japanese Wagyu, alongside the café’s popular Rosti. The best-selling dish comes with scrambled eggs, baby spinach, roasted herb tomato and sour cream, with a choice of house-spiced roasted pumpkin or gravlax salmon. House-baked desserts round out the selection, adding another draw for those looking for a casual brunch or afternoon stop.
With its new Capitol Singapore address, Dough gets a fresh setting while remaining close to its former CHIJMES home. The move keeps the café within the Civic District, making it an easy option for existing fans while giving the brand a brighter space to continue its brunch offering and house-baked dessert selection.
