The open-kitchen concept allows guests to watch the action unfold regardless of which seat they choose. There are 13 counter seats available as well as dining tables that can house groups of four or six.

The restaurant shares the same name as the lotus flower in Malay, a significant cultural symbol for various peoples in the Malay Archipelago. Their Nusantara Menu uses spices and herbs that are native to the region that give our food its distinctive character. This restaurant is the brainchild of chef Kevin Wong, formerly of Michelin-starred Meta, and the Asian representative of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition in 2021.
