Kiap Kiap Chicken Club & Bar has opened along Liang Seah Street, bringing a late-night fried chicken and cocktails concept to the neighbourhood. Designed for dinners that stretch into drinks and after-hours gatherings, the casual spot stays open until 1am on weekdays and 2am on weekends. The menu centres around fried chicken served six ways, ranging from the Original Secret-Recipe Fried Chicken at S$12 to Mentaiko Fried Chicken with ikura at S$18 and Duck Fat Mala Fried Chicken at S$14.
Beyond the chicken, the menu offers a selection of hearty dishes designed to complement the drinks, including Jenny’s Udon from S$12, Special Fried Rice from S$18 with crispy rice bits, and King’s Truffle Poutine at S$20, topped with beef gravy and parmesan. Cocktails, music and a relaxed atmosphere round out the experience, giving the space more of a neighbourhood hangout feel than a traditional fried chicken joint.
At its core, Kiap Kiap is built around the idea of bringing people together, whether for spontaneous dinners, celebrations or casual catch-ups that turn into regular rituals. The combination of comfort food, cocktails and late-night hours makes it a natural addition to Liang Seah Street’s dining and nightlife scene, with a setting designed to keep conversations and evenings going well beyond dinner.
