Dunearn House is a 380-unit condominium along Dunearn Road and the first new private residential launch in the prestigious Swiss Club landed enclave in around three decades. The project recorded a strong opening weekend, with 212 units, or 56 per cent of the development, sold. Its prime Bukit Timah location, scarcity of new projects and proximity to established amenities and schools have contributed to the strong buyer interest.
The development is also the first private residential new launch in the Bukit Timah Turf City precinct, giving buyers a potential first-mover advantage as the wider area transforms into a new residential neighbourhood of around 15,000 to 20,000 public and private homes. Plans include new parks, community facilities, heritage conservation sites and improved transport links, with Sixth Avenue MRT already nearby and the future Turf City MRT station on the Cross Island Line targeted for completion in 2032.
Prices at launch started from $1.475 million for two-bedroom units and around $2.597 million for three-bedders, with completion expected in 2030. The project stands out for its more family-oriented layouts, including enclosed kitchens, proper foyers and generous living spaces. The 678 sq ft Two-Bedroom + Study, for example, features a fully enclosed and naturally ventilated kitchen, a more conventional bedroom corridor layout, 2.875-metre ceiling height and full-height glazing. Developed by Frasers Property, CSC Land and Sekisui House, Dunearn House brings together land scarcity, improving infrastructure and the established Bukit Timah residential catchment.
