Luxury hospitality is increasingly defined not only by exceptional accommodation and dining, but also by personalised access, expertise and experiences. Park90, Singapore’s definitive destination for exceptional wines, has found a new home at Pan Pacific Orchard, introducing Singapore’s first luxury hotel with an independently curated, fully integrated sommelier-led wine programme. The partnership brings fine wine beyond a standalone venue and into every stage of the guest journey. From legendary labels such as Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Screaming Eagle to rare vintages and emerging discoveries, guests can access one of the world’s most extraordinary wine collections across dining, celebrations, private events and stays.
From a glass of Krug enjoyed poolside to a milestone celebration over Château Lafite Rothschild or Château Haut-Brion, Park90’s certified sommeliers work alongside Pan Pacific Orchard’s culinary and hospitality teams to shape wine experiences across dining, celebrations, private events, suites and bespoke stays. Wine becomes an integral part of the hotel journey, rather than an experience confined to the wine bar.
A New Standard for Luxury Hospitality
At the heart of the programme is Park90’s portfolio of more than 1,000 labels spanning every major wine region, from First Growth Bordeaux and Grand Cru Burgundy to cult Californian producers, grower Champagne, rare library vintages and emerging discoveries. The selection includes renowned names such as Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Coche-Dury, Domaine Armand Rousseau, Domaine Fourrier and Screaming Eagle, alongside exclusive allocations from acclaimed producers including Antica Terra, 00 Wines, Charles Van Canneyt, Jérôme Prévost and Bérêche et Fils.
Carefully assembled over the years, the collection offers breadth and depth for seasoned collectors, curious enthusiasts and guests beginning their journey into fine wine. Highly sought-after cuvées are offered at compelling price points.
Guests may also experience Screaming Eagle Flight 2011 exclusively by the glass. Made possible through a special arrangement with the winery for select leading restaurants and bars, the wine is strictly unavailable for bottle consumption, offering rare access to an iconic label in a more immediate and approachable format.
The Sommeliers Behind the Programme
What ultimately distinguishes Park90 is not only the calibre of its wines, but also the people behind them. Every bottle is selected by a team of sommeliers whose warm, approachable style makes fine wine engaging rather than intimidating. Long recognised as one of Singapore’s leading wine bars, Park90 now evolves at Pan Pacific Orchard into a fully integrated luxury hospitality experience.
Park90’s next chapter is led by a strengthened sommelier leadership team, bringing together international experience, education and competition credentials with a shared commitment to thoughtful, personalised service. Joining Park90 as Joint Head Sommelier, Singapore, Advanced Sommelier Zhen Jie New will work alongside Terry Lim, Joint Head Sommelier, Singapore. Terry, who has been with Park90 since 2019, is a Certified Sommelier and holds French Wine Scholar and Spanish Wine Scholar credentials, with deep expertise in wine-list curation and food pairing. Guiding the team regionally is Justin Ho, Regional Head Sommelier, an award-winning sommelier and hospitality educator whose experience will support Park90’s wine standards and sommelier development across Southeast Asia.
Together, the leadership team will shape Park90’s programme in Singapore and support the brand’s forthcoming launches in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, establishing a consistent regional standard for wine curation, service and education.

Designed Around the Wine
Complementing the programme is a refined Neo-French menu, developed in consultation with Michelin-starred Chef Michael Wilson of Marguerite and brought to life by Pan Pacific Orchard’s culinary team. Conceived with wine at its heart, each dish has been crafted to enhance every pour, while a rotating by-the-glass selection invites guests to continually discover new producers, regions and pairings with every visit.
Extending Park90’s philosophy beyond the wine list is a signature wine cocktail menu created in consultation with Anthony Zhong, owner and mixologist of Shin Gi Tai. Drawing inspiration from the world of wine, each cocktail reimagines a classic through wine and wine-led ingredients, from the Malbec-forward 90 Pointer and Chardonnay-based Bond or Me to the Pinot Noir and Champagne Elegant Fizz, and Right Bank, a refined Old Fashioned interpretation built on Cognac and port. Together, the cocktails offer a fresh expression of Park90’s passion for craftsmanship and discovery.
Beyond the Cellar
Throughout the year, Park90 will present an evolving calendar of programmes, including monthly wine flights, rare library vintages, vertical tastings, intimate producer showcases and enhanced Members’ Nights. Forthcoming highlights will feature highly sought-after names such as William Kelley, Kei Shiogai and Sylvain Cathiard.
Current highlights include an exclusive nine-vintage vertical of Château La Fleur-Pétrus (2008–2022), available only to members, alongside rare back-vintage magnum flights featuring Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande 1996 and Château Tertre Roteboeuf Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 1996.
The member experience extends to free-flow weekend sundowners, themed wine evenings, private dinners and bespoke tastings that bring the Park90 community together. Through Pan Pacific Orchard, members also gain access to premium private spaces for intimate gatherings, while selected top-tier members may be invited on exclusive winery visits to prestigious estates in Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne.
Membership privileges include preferential dining benefits at Park90, exclusive room rates and selected hotel privileges at Pan Pacific Orchard. Additional experiences across dining, stays and other hotel touchpoints will be unveiled as the partnership evolves.
The Park90 Stay Experience
Park90 and Pan Pacific Orchard will further extend the partnership with the Park90 Stay Experience, an integrated luxury stay created for discerning wine travellers.
Available from 1 August to 30 December 2026, the package includes a minimum three-night suite stay, two-way limousine transfers, Pacific Club Lounge access with daily breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapés, and a specially selected bottle of Château Lafite Rothschild upon arrival. More than a hotel package, it reflects the partners’ shared vision of an immersive wine-led journey that brings exceptional hospitality and world-class wine together seamlessly.
From Singapore to Southeast Asia
The partnership with Pan Pacific Orchard marks a defining milestone in Singapore while laying the foundation for Park90’s regional growth. With launches in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok to follow, Park90 is evolving from a celebrated Singapore wine destination into a Southeast Asian luxury wine hospitality platform. Across each market, the brand will unite exceptional wines, accomplished sommeliers and personalised guest experiences under one philosophy: to make the world’s finest wines more accessible, engaging and relevant to established collectors and the next generation of wine enthusiasts alike.
