With the highly anticipated arrival of NoMad in Singapore drawing closer, the luxury hospitality brand has unveiled the full line-up of dining and drinking destinations set to debut alongside its first Asia-Pacific hotel. Located in the heart of Orchard Road, the 19-storey property will introduce four distinct concepts, each designed to deliver a unique experience while reflecting NoMad’s signature blend of sophistication, warmth and theatrical flair.
Leading the culinary offerings is NoMad Grill, an elegant all-day dining destination that marries the timeless appeal of a classic brasserie with the spirit of a New York-style chophouse. Guests can expect refined dishes alongside tableside service moments inspired by the grand traditions of New York dining. Elsewhere, Sticky Fingers introduces an entirely new concept for the NoMad brand, transforming from a playful soft-serve parlour by day into an intimate cocktail bar by night overlooking Orchard Road. The hotel will also house The Tropicana Club, a vibrant cocktail bar inspired by the glamour of Havana’s iconic nightlife and Singapore’s own cabaret heritage, complete with live music and curated DJ performances.
For those seeking a more relaxed retreat, Lú Bar offers a tranquil poolside sanctuary surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtful design touches inspired by the symbolism of the heron. Together, these venues aim to create immersive social and dining experiences that extend beyond hotel guests, positioning NoMad Singapore as a lifestyle destination for both locals and travellers when it opens its doors.
