A new shabu experience arrives at Hillion Mall with the opening of Shabu Days しゃぶデイ.
Built around the idea of “Your Daily Shabu Treat”, Shabu Days offers a personal dining experience that feels comforting and easy to return to — whether it’s a quick lunch in between errands or a quiet dinner at the end of the day.
Located within Kopitiam Food Hall at Hillion Mall, the concept centres on solo shabu dining that is thoughtfully put together yet accessible for everyday meals. Each set is designed with balance in mind, bringing together nourishing broths, fresh, vibrant ingredients and curated portions for a satisfying and well-rounded meal.
At Shabu Days, the experience unfolds through the Shabu Days 5-Step Dining Ritual, a guided dining flow that gently slows down the pace of everyday dining.

The Shabu Days Five-Step Dining Ritual
1. Feast with Your Eyes
Take in the vibrant Yasai Garden Bowl, a colourful gathering of seasonal Japanese vegetables.
2. Breathe and Give Thanks
Lean into the comforting aroma of the simmering broth, take a deep breath, palms together with an appreciative soft “Itadakimasu.” (Itadakimasu (いただきます) is a Japanese phrase spoken before meals, translating to “I humbly receive”).
3. Savour the Broth
Take a spoonful of the warm, nourishing soup and let its gentle flavours awaken the palate and feel your body being nourished.
4. Swish and Enjoy
Gently swish the ingredients through the broth and enjoy them with vegetables and sides, one bite at a time.
5. End with Comfort
Complete the meal with the signature rice-in-broth ritual, where the enriched broth becomes a warm, comforting egg risotto dish.
On The Menu
At Shabu Days, the experience is designed to be simple and satisfying, centred around thoughtfully curated sets from S$14.90 that make everyday dining easy and complete.
Each set begins with a choice of nine gourmet-quality, cut-to-order mains, from Chicken Thigh, Pork Collar and Beef Brisket to more indulgent options like Australian Wagyu, Japanese A5 Wagyu, and a Seafood Treasure Platter.
Diners can pair the mains with their preferred choice of nourishing broth. Highlights include Bonito Kombu, a clean and umami-rich broth infused with kombu and bonito, Herbal Angelica, known for its gentle herbal warmth, and Tangy Tomato for a light, invigorating lift. Other options include Sukiyaki with a Pasteurised Egg for a sweet and savoury depth, and Spicy Umami for a richer, more robust flavour.
Every set comes with a vibrant Yasai Garden Bowl, featuring a seasonal selection of vegetables such as green and red coral lettuce, enoki and shimeji mushrooms, carrot and pumpkin — bringing freshness, colour and balance to the pot. It also includes a choice of Calrose white rice, ramen or udon, alongside the Three-Treasures of kinchaku, mini chikuwa and gyoza.
To round off the meal, diners can enjoy Shabu Days’ signature DIY egg risotto. Using the remaining broth, guests create their own comforting finale by adding rice, a pasteurised egg and condiments — a simple, hands-on ritual that transforms the pot into a warm, risotto-style dish.
