The Great Room by Industrious, Singapore’s homegrown hospitality-led coworking brand, will open its newest location at Keppel South Central, a newly completed Grade A development located in the heart of Tanjong Pagar and forming a key gateway into the Greater Southern Waterfront. This marks their 10th location in Singapore.
This opening follows the brand’s recent announcements at Shaw Tower and Stamford Place. Hot on the heels of its second Australian location at One O’Connell Street in Sydney’s CBD, as well as an established presence in Hong Kong and Bangkok, the upcoming locations signal sustained momentum and a strengthened regional vision following The Great Room’s integration into the Industrious network.
Completed earlier last year, Keppel South Central is a 33-storey next generation commercial development offering Grade A office and retail spaces supported by climate-conscious systems, biophilic design and innovative smart technology. Its progressive approach earned it the BCA Project of the Year (Commercial) award in 2025. The property will feature a curated mix of F&B, health and wellness facilities, event spaces as well as a diverse range of indoor and outdoor amenities.
“Keppel South Central exemplifies our vision for the future of workspaces – where sustainability, technology, and human-centric design converge to create high-performance environments. We are pleased to welcome The Great Room to the building, as we support businesses seeking sustainable spaces that promote productivity and well‑being, while offering the flexibility of modern workplace solutions,” said Mr Albert Foo, Managing Director, Property Development and Operations (Singapore), Keppel’s Real Estate Division.
“With each new opening, we often think about how people really work and what helps them move through their day comfortably and productively. At Keppel South Central, that comes through in the way we’ve shaped the space – calm, welcoming and designed with intention. With the support of the Industrious network and CBRE, we’re able to keep refining this approach across the region while staying true to our hospitality-led roots,” said Su Anne Mi, CEO and Co-founder of The Great Room, MD Industrious APAC.
A refreshed hospitality-led workspace experience
Slated to opening its doors in June 2026, The Great Room’s new location occupies an expansive, thoughtfully planned footprint on Level 10 of Keppel South Central, bringing an elevated expression of The Great Room’s signature hospitality-driven experience in one of Singapore’s most dynamic commercial destinations.
The Great Room’s Keppel South Central location boasts a curated blend of dedicated offices, meeting rooms, hot desking zones, and The Great Room’s signature social spaces, such as the Drawing Room and Coffee Bar. Combined with gorgeous, sweeping panoramic harbor views, proximity to Tanjong Pagar MRT and accessibility to a vibrant, bustling F&B scene, the result is a potent, purposeful blend designed to foster connection, focus and the natural rhythms of the workday.
The design incorporates rich materials, sculptural forms and warm, layered lighting to create an immersive and characterful environment. At once both distinctive and contemporary, care has been taken to shape the space for focus, collaboration and daily use, balancing design expression with everyday functionality. It will also be the brand’s first space to achieve the Green Mark Healthier Workplace certification, reflecting its commitment to wellbeing, comfort and considered workplace design.

Evolving the Workspace Network Across Asia Pacific
Together with two other locations announced in 2025 at Shaw Tower and Stamford Place respectively, The Great Room’s Keppel South Central launch represents another milestone in the brand’s regional expansion, adding momentum to the brand’s regional development and commitment to delivering premium, hospitality-led workplaces across Asia Pacific.
