The third and largest restaurant by Legendary Hong Kong is finally open at Tampines Mall. To commemorate this golden milestone, the group introduced an all-new exclusive menu in addition to the classic one for a limited time only starting from $2.50++. And there are the mascots Siew Siew and Har Har. Both are cute dim sum treats inspired by siew mai and har gow respectively. For the first time, these mascots were handmade into soft plushie bag charms which were given away at the grand opening this month. The initial batch is completely out of stock.
The go-to spot for an overwhelming variety of dim sum, charcoal-grilled meats and HK-inspired recipes cooks up the same menu as at the OG Jurong Point restaurant. Group executive chef Loke takes charge of the kitchen with over thirty years of professional experience. He has been with the company for twelve years, possessing the rare privilege of learning firsthand from the original eight Hong Kong top chefs who till today remain anonymous.

When here, you wouldn’t want to skip these famous meats. Perennial favorites such as Legendary london duck are always in high demand. They are Silver Hill irish ducks which are closest in taste and of higher fat content to goose. The “wagyu of ducks” is marinated then dry aged for 24 hours before it is charcoal-roasted for very crispy skin. Plum and mustard sauces are offered for dipping. Another popular choice is crispy pork belly. It is marinated overnight with five-spice mix, sea salt, etc. It is then charcoal-roasted for 1½ hours, and served in HK-style chunky pieces to be dipped in accompanying mustard sauce.
Legendary Hong Kong’s largest outlet yet at Tampines Mall is open everyday, serving over 200 items in an extensive menu besides the outlet’s exclusives. The classic Hong Kong-style dishes can be eaten any day or night without the fuss from just $2.50! Why wait when you can taste the goodness of cha chaan teng comfort meals right now? The classic menu is also available at Jurong Point, and has been serving the neighborhood and beyond since they opened in 2014.
