China’s leading Zhejiang restaurant brand, LONGJING, has made its international debut at Suntec City, Singapore. Established in 2008 at the Longjing Tea Garden near West Lake in Hangzhou, the brand has since expanded to over 500 directly-operated outlets worldwide. Recognised as China’s “No. 1 Zhejiang Cuisine Brand in 2024,” LONGJING is renowned for its refined take on traditional Hangzhou dishes, blending Song Dynasty aesthetics with modern innovation to showcase the elegance of Jiangnan food culture.
At the helm of the Singapore kitchen is Master Chef Yu Bin, a decorated Michelin-starred chef and recipient of the prestigious Chinese Gold Chef Award. The menu here is thoughtfully tailored to suit local palates while staying true to authentic Zhejiang flavours, with highlights such as Longjing Roast Chicken, Dongpo Pork, Steamed Yellow Croaker with chopped chilli, and Sister Song’s Fish Broth. Seasonal inspirations and a wide selection of meat, seafood, soups, and desserts ensure a dining experience that goes beyond the ordinary.
The restaurant’s interiors evoke the beauty of West Lake with glowing lanterns, intricate murals, lush greenery, and subtle guzheng music, transporting diners to a Jiangnan garden setting. Accommodating up to 140 guests, the space includes semi-private dining areas such as a gondola-inspired room at the entrance and larger round tables at the back. Conveniently located on the first floor of Suntec City’s West Wing—just a minute’s walk from Esplanade MRT—LONGJING is set to redefine Chinese fine dining in Singapore with its blend of tradition, artistry, and culinary mastery.
