Benihana

A renowned Japanese restaurant chain, offering a blend of exquisite Japanese cuisine and teppanyaki-style cooking — featuring Japanese-inspired dishes, all expertly prepared and served with flair on a sizzling teppan grill.

Diners turning up at teppanyaki restaurant Benihana at Millenia Walk expecting pyrotechnics and fancy knifework will have to look for entertainment elsewhere. The showmanship the American chain is known for will be toned down in Singapore. Instead, a spokesman for Benihana Singapore says, the emphasis will be on food quality and cooking techniques to build a “sustainable business model”.

At Benihana Singapore, it’s not just a meal, it’s an experience!
