Seasonal Tastes at The Westin Singapore has reopened with a refreshed dining space on Level 32, pairing contemporary interiors with sweeping Marina Bay and ocean views. The revamped restaurant puts greater emphasis on the experience, with open kitchens, seafood displays and a broad selection of local and international favourites. Its elevated setting and spacious layout make it suited to both leisurely meals and group gatherings, while giving the familiar buffet concept a more contemporary feel.
Beyond the usual buffet spread, the refreshed offering highlights Singaporean flavours through collaborations such as the popiah station by Kway Guan Huat Joo Chiat Popiah, the local handmade popiah skin maker established in 1938. Diners can also customise their own rojak and laksa, loading bowls with prawns, fishballs and other toppings, alongside fresh seafood, roast specialties and other local favourites. The dessert section rounds things off with ice cream, Nyonya kueh, cakes, pastries, puddings and cookies, with free-flow beverages included in the buffet experience.
For lunch, the Lunchtastic Buffet is available from Monday to Thursday at S$64 per adult and S$34 per child, rising to S$78 per adult from Friday to Sunday. The Seafood Dinner Buffet runs daily from 6pm to 10pm at S$128 per adult and S$55 per child, with a more seafood-focused selection for the evening. With its refreshed interiors, expansive spread and panoramic views, Seasonal Tastes offers a new take on the hotel buffet experience while keeping its focus on Singaporean flavours and generous, communal dining.
