Ladurée has officially returned to Singapore with a permanent flagship boutique at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, marking the Parisian patisserie’s long-awaited comeback to Orchard Road. Located at Basement 1 of Ngee Ann City, the new boutique brings back the brand’s unmistakable French elegance with a refined space centred around its signature macarons, pastries, drinks, and lifestyle merchandise.
Founded in Paris in 1862, Ladurée is best known for popularising the iconic double-shell macaron, and the new Singapore flagship sees classic favourites sitting alongside newer creations and seasonal flavours. Beyond macarons, visitors can also expect soft serve, speciality coffee, rich French hot chocolate, and the brand’s elegant tea blends. One of the highlights is the introduction of Eugénie — a delicate gluten-free biscuit creation developed by executive pastry chef Julien Alvarez — now making its Singapore debut in several flavours.
The boutique also leans into the lifestyle side of the Ladurée universe, with shelves lined in the brand’s signature pastel-toned merchandise including tote bags, travel accessories, notebooks, and giftable keepsakes. Following its teaser pop-up last year, this permanent reopening signals a polished new chapter for the storied French confectionery house, bringing a touch of Parisian indulgence back to the heart of Orchard Road.
