Hong Kong teppan steak concept Bari Bari Steak has opened its fifth Singapore outlet at 313@Somerset, bringing its interactive hot-stone dining experience to Orchard Road. The concept centres on steaks that are first seared on an iron griddle before being served on a 300°C hot stone, allowing diners to continue cooking each cut to their preferred doneness. The menu spans premium Japanese A4 Wagyu and Australian steaks, alongside donburis and izakaya-style sides.
Each main course comes with access to a free-flow Japanese salad bar, offering fresh vegetables, seasonal sides, Japanese white rice, soup and desserts. The setup adds a more casual element to the steakhouse experience, while allowing diners to balance the richer meat dishes with lighter accompaniments. The new outlet occupies #B3-25/26/27 within 313@Somerset and is open daily from 11am to 10pm.
To mark the opening, Bari Bari Steak is running a four-day 1-for-1 Teppan Promotion from 15 to 18 September 2026. Diners who order a main course will receive a second main course of equal or lower value, while each transaction also comes with a S$10 return voucher redeemable on a subsequent visit with a minimum spend of S$60. The promotion is available for dine-in at the 313@Somerset outlet only and excludes Oyster Blade Teppan and Miyazaki Beef Teppan.
