Immerse yourself in tranquility while relishing the scenic view of the open sea at the Therapeutic Garden @ Pasir Ris Park.
Did you know that studies by NParks have found that exposure to therapeutic gardens can benefit both healthy and depressed adults? The studies examined the effects that in-situ passive exposure to three urban garden spaces had on brain activity and found that therapeutic gardens may provide valuable support for the treatment of depression and can be a self-care intervention! This is why NParks is targeting to have 30 therapeutic gardens in our City in Nature by 2030. More about therapeutic gardens: www.go.gov.sg/therapeuticgardens.
