PAUL has given its Paragon outlet a substantial refresh, reopening it as Maison PAUL, the French bakery chain’s first flagship café concept in Singapore. Located along Orchard Road, the revamped space combines the brand’s familiar selection of freshly baked breads, viennoiseries and pastries with a more expansive bistro-style dining experience. The outlet also introduces an exclusive dine-in menu and pâtisserie collection created specifically for Maison PAUL.
The menu brings together French classics including Escargots à la Bourguignonne, Charcuterie Platter, Beef Bourguignon, Seafood Bouillabaisse and Seared Duck Breast. The Beef Bourguignon is served with mashed potatoes, carrots and peas, while the Seafood Bouillabaisse comes with bread and a selection of herbs and garnishes. For something sweeter, the Maison PAUL pâtisserie collection features Pistachio and Hazelnut Paris-Brest, Pecan Tartlet, Mocha Religieuse and Raspberry Religieuse.
The refreshed outlet rounds out the experience with Maison Perrier mocktails including Lime & Ginger Mule and Green Apple Mojito. With its bakery, pastry counter and expanded dining menu brought together under one roof, Maison PAUL offers a more restaurant-led expression of the brand while retaining the French baking traditions that have long defined PAUL.
