Desert Dessert has opened a compact café near the supermarket checkout counters, tucked away from the mall’s main retail stretch. The house-made selection spans artisanal cakes, rotating gelato, waffles and specialty drinks, with the likes of mango muscat chantilly, pistachio mille crêpe, Basque burnt cheesecake and tiramisu filling the display. One of the more distinctive offerings is the Kuro Matcha Mochi Cake, which layers black sesame sponge with matcha and sesame cream and a chewy mochi centre.
