Soft-launched at Perennial Business City, HOUSE+ Bubble introduces a large-scale, 24-hour spa and leisure complex to the west. Developed by a Chinese wellness operator, the project is set to become one of the largest spa destinations in Singapore, with the full site eventually spanning the equivalent of 7.5 Olympic-sized swimming pools. The multi-phase development has drawn attention for its ambition, positioning Jurong East as a growing wellness hub beyond the city centre.
The approximately S$45 million project will be rolled out in two stages. Phase one covers around 49,000 square feet and is slated for official launch on 14 March, while phase two will add a further 50,000 square feet by the end of the year, subject to regulatory approvals, as reported by The Business Times. During the current soft opening, only core spaces are accessible, with additional zones set to open progressively as the complex expands.

At the heart of HOUSE+ Bubble is its central ritual: bathing. Designed as a grounding, restorative experience, the bathing zones anchor the entire concept, encouraging guests to slow down and reset before exploring the rest of the house. Facilities showcased include hot spring pools, steam rooms and massage services, with gender-specific wellness spaces such as a Himalayan crystal salt therapy room in the women’s area and a mugwort herbal room in the men’s area.
Beyond soaking, the space is conceived as a flexible, all-in-one urban retreat. Planned amenities span quiet rest areas, private soaking rooms, wellness treatments, dining spaces and light entertainment offerings, including cinema and esports rooms. The layout allows guests to move fluidly between rest, recovery and social time, choosing how long they stay and how they engage with the space.
As day turns into night, HOUSE+ Bubble is designed to support different rhythms of city life, from daytime recovery sessions to late-night unwinding. Framed as an urban sanctuary, the complex aims to offer a calm, welcoming environment where guests can pause, recharge and reconnect with everyday comfort — a modern wellness house built for those seeking rest without leaving the city.
