If hot soaks aren’t your idea of relief in Singapore’s heat, this new wellness spot offers a refreshing alternative. The Ice Bath Club has opened a town-based outpost in Duxton, introducing a cold-focused recovery space that feels almost like an onsen—minus the steam. Designed for rejuvenation and reset, it caters especially to CBD workers looking to decompress after long days.
The Duxton outlet expands on the brand’s existing offerings with a rotation of ice baths, ice showers, a hot magnesium jacuzzi and a social sauna. Guests are encouraged to move between hot and cold zones to maximise recovery benefits, all within a calm, blue-and-wood-toned space. The facility is gender-inclusive, with swimsuits required, and essentials like towels and swimwear provided for added convenience.
Rounding out the experience is an in-house café serving light wellness-focused bites, making it easy to linger a little longer post-soak. With its central location and no-frills approach to contrast therapy, The Ice Bath Club’s Duxton opening positions cold immersion as an accessible, everyday ritual rather than a niche indulgence.
