Parc Point, Tengah’s second neighbourhood centre, is set to open in the first quarter of 2026, bringing a wave of new retail, dining and wellness options to the fast-growing estate. Anchored by a FairPrice supermarket and a Gourmet Paradise food court, the hub will roll out additional shops and services in phases. Spanning 16,000 sqm and located beside Parc Residences @ Tengah, it will feature more than 40 outlets, a new polyclinic and a 190-metre sheltered retail street that links directly to three residential blocks.
Designed as a community hub that blends seamlessly with its green surroundings, Parc Point will introduce a wellness trail that weaves through the centre and into adjoining residential developments. Visitors can explore sky terraces with seating and fitness corners, a roof garden and interconnected pathways that encourage movement and engagement. Running alongside these elevated spaces is the 1.5km Rainforest Walk—a nature-inspired ground-level trail featuring habitat zones such as a butterfly garden and bird sanctuary, plus thematic playgrounds for families.
As Tengah continues to take shape, Parc Point marks another major milestone in enhancing daily convenience for residents of the new town. Nearly half of the planned 30,000 homes have already been completed, with more amenities on the way. By early 2026, additional preschools and Pioneer Primary School will open, followed by the wider Tengah Town Centre, Central Park and future Jurong Region Line stations—collectively building a connected, vibrant and nature-forward neighbourhood for the community.
