What started as a seafood restaurant in 2008 by Irvin Gunawan has since evolved into a global food brand with a strong presence in supermarkets and online stores worldwide.
The story began with Irvin’s signature salted egg crab dish, a restaurant favorite that sparked the idea to coat potato chips and fish skin with the same rich, salted egg sauce. Launched in 2014, these snacks quickly became a phenomenon, propelling IRVINS beyond Singapore and into more than a dozen markets globally.
