Six Hands has finally landed in the CBD with the opening of its flagship store at Far East Square, Telok Ayer—much to the delight of city dwellers. This new outlet takes over the former Bamboo Bowls space and joins a vibrant dining neighbourhood that includes spots like Bao Makers and Ollella. Known for its clean, flavour-forward approach to food, Six Hands is the latest concept from the team behind Omoté and Umai Artisanal Udon Bar, bringing a fresh twist to healthy eating in the heart of the Central Business District.
Designed as a love letter to those seeking nutritious meals without sacrificing flavour, Six Hands redefines the idea of eating clean. With a unique blend of Australian and Japanese influences, this salad bar ditches bland greens for hearty, satisfying bowls packed with texture and umami. Each bowl is built on a base of nori sushi rice layered with imported supergreens, offering both nourishment and indulgence in every bite.
The menu features six signature salads that are as punchy in flavour as they are visually appealing. Highlights include The Best Salad—a medley of creamy avocado, poached chicken breast, crispy shallots, and seaweed—and the Chillichanga Salmon, which combines grilled salmon with wasabi peas, spicy sesame, and a wasabi ricotta drizzle. For something with a smoky kick, the Nusa Spiced Beef delivers with barbecue pulled beef, buffalo-roasted cauliflower, panko broccoli, and a fiery habanero hot sauce.
