Located in Terminal 3’s Transit area on Level 3, the revamped lounge offers a warm welcome to passengers, greeted by friendly staff and ushered into a spacious area overlooking the tarmac. The lounge features Peranakan elements, including wall and floor tiles inspired by Singapore’s national orchid, Vanda Miss Joaquim, and the Crimson Sunbird. Catering to up to 126 guests, the lounge provides a variety of seating options, from plush sofas to private pods and comfortable workstations, ensuring every traveler finds their ideal space.
For an elevated experience, the new flagship ‘Executive’ space offers additional services like plated meals, welcome drinks, and platters, though access is limited to passengers on selected airlines and travel classes. Travelers can unwind with massage chairs, freshen up in fully equipped toilets and shower rooms, and enjoy amenities such as white tea-scented body soap, shampoo, towels, hairdryers, and vanity areas. Parents with young children will appreciate the convenient diaper-changing station within the restrooms.
Culinary delights are a highlight of the SATS Premier Lounge, featuring a full spread of Singaporean and international fare at its buffet area. Guests can enjoy a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts from the SATS kitchen, and savor exclusive Lion City Blend coffee crafted by local roasters Kaffa Kaldi. The lounge also offers authentic Singaporean cuisine crafted by SATS’ award-winning chefs, including dishes like creamy Laksa and innovative robot-prepared pasta. Additionally, the lounge will feature signature dishes from renowned local brands such as Beach Road Prawn Noodle House and Boon Tong Kee, rotating every two months, ensuring a year of delectable Singaporean delights for all guests.
