Osteria Mozza is set to begin a new chapter with its relocation from Hilton Singapore Orchard to a larger space at ION Orchard, where it will reopen in late August 2026. The celebrated Californian-Italian restaurant, helmed by acclaimed chef Nancy Silverton, will serve its final day at Hilton on 31 July after four years. The move places the restaurant in one of Orchard Road’s busiest lifestyle destinations, reflecting a strategic shift while remaining under the stewardship of OUE Restaurants.
The new restaurant, located on Level 3 of ION Orchard, will offer a refreshed dining experience while preserving the signature dishes that have made Osteria Mozza a favourite among pasta and pizza lovers. Guests can continue to enjoy crowd favourites such as the wood-fired Meat Lover Pizza, Burrata, and Nancy’s Chopped Salad, alongside new menu additions including Pizza alla Pala, a Roman-style oval pizza, and soft serve desserts created exclusively for the new location.
Despite the relocation, the long-standing partnership between Nancy Silverton and Hilton Singapore Orchard will continue, with plans for the former Osteria Mozza space still under discussion. As the only Asian outpost of the Michelin-starred Los Angeles original, the reopening at ION Orchard marks an exciting evolution for the brand, bringing its celebrated blend of handcrafted Italian cuisine and Californian flair to an even wider audience in the heart of Singapore’s premier shopping district.
