Mooi Pâtisserie

Hidden bakery cafe at Alexandra Technopark with flaky croissants, chocolate tarts, and Japanese-roasted coffee. All fresh baked pastries, cakes, viennoiseries and sandwiches are made on-site by the pastry team.

Mooi Patisserie gets its name from the heart of its kitchen, Chef Gail, whose Chinese name is spelled “Mooi” in Dutch. The seasoned pastry chef was raised in Netherlands, trained in France, and built herself up in restaurants all over the world and had stints as the head pastry chef at Michelin-starred restaurant, Meta, and Naked Finn.
