Bugis Street has unveiled a refreshed Level 2, transforming the long-standing shopping destination into a new lifestyle hub centred around local brands, creative experiences and independent retailers. The revamped floor introduces a more community-driven concept, moving beyond traditional fashion shopping with curated retail spaces, hands-on workshops and lifestyle attractions designed to encourage visitors to linger.
A key highlight is Somewhere @ Bugis Street, a new concept by the team behind Artbox and Fleawhere, bringing together curated thrift stores, homegrown labels and creator spaces under one roof. Visitors can also explore Ruby Merlot’s first-ever physical boutique, join journaling workshops, customise banana puddings at Creamie Sippies, make their own candles at White Pixies’ dedicated Candle Bar, or capture memories at Standard Photo Studio’s themed self-shoot rooms. More experiential concepts are on the way, including Myth Jinn Escape Room’s Singapore debut and new escape room experiences by Xcape Singapore.
The refreshed space comes alive on weekends with a vibrant creators’ market featuring around 40 vendors selling everything from vintage fashion and handmade accessories to collectibles and artisanal crafts. By blending shopping, creativity and community experiences, the revamped Level 2 positions Bugis Street as more than just a bargain-hunting destination, offering visitors a fresh reason to rediscover one of Singapore’s most iconic retail landmarks.
