Souper Tang, Malaysia’s number one award-winning herbal soup chain with over 7 million bowls sold, will land in the basement of Raffles City Shopping Centre in Singapore on 29 July 2026. Its newest flagship store will feature 15 types of signature soups – the largest range of herbal soups you can find in any herbal soup restaurant in Singapore.
Alongside its extensive soup menu, the outlet also serves a full spread of wok dishes, rice, noodles, and desserts, all inspired by traditional Chinese wellness cuisine.

Signature soup dishes include Souper Tang Signature Soup, American Ginseng Black Chicken Soup with Aged Black Garlic, Mountain Pepper Pork Tripe Soup, Golden Fish Maw Soup with Scallop and Golden Stewed Fish Soup in Stone Pot.
The Souper Tang experience doesn’t end with soup. With over 50 dishes on the menu, the same herbal philosophy that defines each broth carries through into the kitchen — across meat, vegetables, beancurd, rice, noodles and more.
Signature dishes include Home Braised Pork Belly in Rich Dark Special Sauce, Stir-Fried French Bean with Pu’er, Paper-Wrapped Herbal Chicken with Rice, Sesame Oil Ginger Wine and Herbs Chicken Mee Sua and Sizzling Barramundi Slices with Bentong Ginger and Garlic.
For its newest Singapore outlet, Souper Tang will also release a selection of dishes created exclusively for the local market, available for a limited time only.
