The Lobby Lounge at Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel has unveiled an updated dining experience following the hotel’s recent rebrand from InterContinental Singapore. Located within the Bugis–Bras Basah precinct, the refreshed lounge introduces a refined menu curated by Chef de Cuisine Charles Nguyen, blending international flavours with elevated interpretations of familiar local dishes in an elegant all-day dining setting.
The new menu spans comforting classics and polished contemporary plates, ranging from wagyu beef bourguignon and Mount Schanck lamb rack to tom yum seafood linguine. A dedicated House Signatures section reimagines Singapore favourites through a more refined lens, featuring dishes inspired by laksa, Hokkien mee and beef rendang. Standout creations include the Boston Lobster and Abalone Laksa alongside the returning Frasers House Beef and Black Truffle Hor Fun, which brings a luxurious touch to a familiar local staple.
Beyond its savoury offerings, The Lobby Lounge continues its tradition of afternoon tea with both the Classic Afternoon Tea and Heritage Royale Afternoon Tea experiences, each designed with a contemporary approach to English tea culture. The cocktail programme also draws inspiration from the surrounding neighbourhood, translating landmarks and cultural references from Bugis, Bras Basah and Haji Lane into thoughtfully crafted drinks. Altogether, the refreshed lounge positions itself as a sophisticated destination for leisurely dining, afternoon indulgence and evening cocktails in the city.
